Last year I learned the lesson that Utah can be cruel sometimes when it comes to weather. I kept telling myself that even those it's sunny it is only March and we would most likely get more snow. The weather guy had been saying that snow would be coming, but come on. How often are they actually right?
This week they actually got it right. Yesterday started beautiful and sunny. By the afternoon it turned to this weird rain/hail mixture and then to snow. It has been snowing since and now we almost have about 2 inches. Watch, it will all be melted by tomorrow.
Normally I love the snow. It is sooo gorgeous when it snows. The trees are covered by a white blanket. The way it sparkles at night. The way it crunches underneath your feet when you walk through untouched patches. Unfortunately I have gotten sick this week so that downs my enthusiasm for the snow. Luckily today I'm doing a little bit better so I get to venture out in the snow. Wish me luck.
