"We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" - Taylor Swift

My life is boring, hence the lack of blog posts. The only things worth blogging about I have a lot of feelings about and don't want to start a million rants on here. Maybe I'll make a whole other blog for that but that's not important now. What's important now is it is my goal to blog at least once a day for the next 7 days. Now that I have publicly posted that I think I will be more obligated to follow up :)

So tonight I thought I would share a nice bedtime story.

Once upon a time there were these magical powders that dissolved in water to give people more energy to survive in daily life.Things like caffeine and other strong things and B-vitamins. (Exhibit A)

Well, I had no idea that you weren't supposed to put one package in a bottle of water and drink it within 20 minutes of sitting. Apparently after further investigation there are TWO servings in one package. Please tell me why they do this? So mom leaves to run errands and I just start feeling sick. Mom comes back home and looks at me and says I don't look good. (I felt validated that she could see that because I really did not feel good.) And then I look at my hands and they won't stop shaking. My body was shaking people.

So after like 1 minute mom asks me if I drank an entire packet. Then it hits me that my body has had a serious over dose of caffeine. Man let me tell you I have never felt like that before. You would think I would be jumping off the walls but I couldn't stop shaking.

Well you know how after the high comes the crash? Well I never hit high but I crashed harder than Captain America with the tesseract into the ocean. I sat on the couch and could not stand up. Meghan said I looked like a zombi. By the next day I was doing much better.

There is knowledge and there is wisdom.

Then later that week we were in the grocery store and my mom asked if I wanted to experiment by drinking a 5 hour energy. I really think they would have to shock my heart back in rhythm if I drank one of those.

And that's the story of the day where I OD on caffeine.
