"So This Is Love" - Cinderella Soundtrack

I was talking to Rachel on the phone the other day and she mentioned that I hadn't blogged in a while. This is true but I told her that there wasn't much to say that wouldn't take a lot of background information or stories that wouldn't seem funny to everyone else. I will soon be writing a lecture on the dos and dont's of being in a dining hall. It should be very informative. Until then I shall share a short story to quench the thirst.

Once upon a time we were cleaning the floor after a meal and we found a mood ring on the floor. This ring has been the source of much entertainment until it suddenly disappeared. Some little girl must have claimed it to be her's. Oh well that has nothing to do with the story. We went to the store once and we were able to remember a few of what the colors meant but not all of them. So I went to the store and got a little piece of paper that had all the colors with the meaning.

Usually everyone is happy or relaxed and we have never gotten anyone to turn black/stressed. But the most entertaining color is pink. And not just because it's my favorite color. Pink means romantic. This one time I was vacuuming the floor wearing the ring and then after I finished I looked and it was pink. We got a good laugh.

Then this other time Moy and I took turns putting the ring on and we both got pink. So Moy asked me if we wanted to go hiking and I told him that Squaw Peak was close and then he said that there were plenty of other hikes near by. Oh man Moy kills me. We decided today that he is the one person that Aspen Grove would not be the same without.

Now some guy that threw up today is sitting in the lounge with me. We are sharing the same air. At least when I got "sick" I had the decency to stay remained in my room as to infect as little people as possible. BE GONE.

Okay so this post didn't really go anywhere. And probably wasn't as funny as I thought. So maybe I'll have more stories tomorrow. I think I'll start doing a weekly Sunday night post: What things my primary kids share/ask.
