"California Girls" - Katy Perry

When I first found out that my mom was considering going to California my first and pretty much only request was to go to the beach. After living in California and going quite a bit and then having a 6 year hiatus. Yeah, so not fun. So after lots of pleading and begging we got to go! And Courtney got to come with us too! Although I don't think I have any pictures of Courtney, sorry about that.

We decided to go to Little Corona and it was so stinking hot. Like in the 90's. That never happens. We were there during high tide so we had to keep moving our stuff back. I think we had to move 4 or 5 times. Luckily we were next to some other mormon families so they were nice enough to help move our stuff.

Can I just say I love the beach? Did I already say that? Sorry to be repetitive. The sand, the smell, the sound, man oh man it's like one of my favoriest places ever.
Another thing that I love about California: flowers!!! Beautiful gorgeous flowers, and grass!
These are my mom's flip-flops which she graciously lets me barrow since mine died last year. Sadly, yesterday these flip-flops died as well. There are few things sadder than seeing a pair of flip-flops in the trash. RIP.
